Wall Street rises as concerns over interest rates ease

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 399.28 points, or 1.58 percent, to 25,709.27, the SP 500 gained 32.3 points, or 1.18 percent, to 2,779.6 and the Nasdaq Composite added 84.07 points, or 1.15 percent, to 7,421.46.
