Challenges Faced By Different Sectors In Distributing Wages

In a business there will be raise and falls. Whenever there is a good business then the prices of goods come down and the consumer benefits and demand for goods increase. If the manufacturer can produce goods sufficiently then it is good but in the reverse case the prices will go up and the end user suffers. These are the situation some must do a thorough analysis and continue prevailing wage contractors.

At Present situations changed there came a regulatory board for all the payments or salaries which need to be followed by any organization. There are acts and laws formulated for employees and workers remuneration and welfare. These laws and acts are mandatory to follow for any firm.

In a private sector where in all the issues of employees are even though solved by the respective unions. But there may be a situation of monopoly. Any private organization works for the employee or worker satisfaction as main motto.

The Human Resources department establishes a sound remuneration and salary system. It helps in developing fair earnings policy for different categories of employees. It manages the employee benefit program s such as provident fund, pension, housing, leave travel group insurance, etc. These are offered to employees due to legal obligations and for motivating them.

Management is the act of getting things done through others and having them does it willingly. Among the definitions we have discussed the above mentioned is the method which one would want to adapt and follow while implementing various management functions. They are primary goals.

In service sector the product is not seen physically but it is felt. The good is intangible. They provide services where actual product is not seen. Banks, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions etc. Come into service organizations. Maintenance, hygiene, nursing, teaching etc. Come into service jobs. There is a wide scope in service industry in the present world. With the growing demand for quality and customer satisfaction even in service firms there is raise in demand for nursing, teaching etc.

Present women are engaged in all type of works from carrying a Load to managing a firm. But women are facing so many problems at work place. Women are ill treated at the work place and are being harassed physically and mentally. We can see so many instances about this on the news. There is every need to make laws regarding problems at workplace facing by women and need to regulate the laws regarding pays for women equally with men.

In the past no norms were there in appointing or giving salaries. No rules and regulations are followed. There was no law for regulating the payments of workers. People in need of money would go and do labor for hours and they used to get very less salary, which is not sufficient to have one meal even for their families.

Converted challenges into Strengths are almost close to impossible. The material provided differed from other teams however our positive planning stood apart from other teams as an advantage to achieve the aim Strong Foundation. Though we have many thoughts and ideas flowing throughout the construction our stability in mutual understanding and cooperation fetched a finest construction. We have completed every activity as per the decided time frame. One have learned to play my part effectively by respecting others thoughts without wasting time and moving towards the given task effectively.
