Then, you should submit this letter together with the application letter for licensure so that the board can be sure you gained the required experience.

If you successfully fulfill all requirements, the next step is to apply for this certificate. Again, download and fill the form of application and pay the fees required for the use. Submit the letter enclosed with the experience verification letter from your supervisor and transcripts. Email the letter to the board and wait patiently for a few weeks to be approved.

When you obtain the license, you have to fulfill other requirements like the continuing professional education to maintain the certificate. Therefore, you are required to attain at least 120 hours of CPE every year to be aware of current trends. You can also decide to specialize if you wish.
