Tech recovers, but not enough to push Wall Street higher

The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended down 0.16 percent at 24,140.91 while the SP 500 lost 0.01 percent to 2,629.27. The Nasdaq Composite added 0.21 percent to 6,776.38.
