As a result, many luxury real estate realtors now purchase and sell properties of varying size and scope. For, whether looking for a luxury cabin, tiny home or traditional one, the area now has something to offer most home buyers.

When it comes to calling this city home, there are many benefits. While Flagstaff may be a smaller community than Phoenix, like Austin, it has been experiencing growth over the last several years. All individuals looking to move to the area may want to check average weather conditions. For, this area of the country can see extreme heat in Summer and near blizzard conditions in Winter. Whether hanging out at a local coffee shop, eating at a fine dining restaurant or grabbing a bite at the local microbrewery, there is no shortage of good food and fun. When it comes to nightlife, some of the best bands can be found playing various venues in and around Northern Arizona. Whereas, other activities include biking, hiking, fishing and enjoying the beauty of nearby Grand Canyon National Park.

Whether with a tour group, or family outing, the Grand Canyon can be accessed by either the North or South rim. As the South rim is the closest to the city, most individuals living in the area prefer this entrance. In addition, while the North rim can often be closed to inclement weather in winter months, the South rim often stays open. Once in the park, there are several different options for viewing the majestic sites which include park roads and shuttle buses.

There are a number of activities offered by the park and local outlets. Visitors will find everything from helicopter rides to donkey riding tours down and into the canyon. For most, the free park shuttles which stop at a number of different overlooks and vistas are often the best bet. Although, for the more adventurous, there are a number of activities including white water rafting and others.

Visitors often take note that the area is somewhat more liberal than that of conservative Phoenix and Scottsdale. As a result, there are far many more artists, hippies and Native Americans living and working in this area. When it comes to work, the sky is often the limit as Flagstaff, Scottsdale and Phoenix are all within a somewhat easy commute. As such, regardless of profession, this area often hosts a number of career and job opportunities not found in other areas.
