How To Guide Your Condo Website's Traffic To Achieve Popularity

By Adam Stossel

Many people believe that running a successful condominium information site requires lots of funding - however, this does not have to be the case. Often times, it just takes a bit of creativity and a great SEO strategy to drive traffic. Here are some tips on how to start with SEO.

Your condominium information site is about the consumer and not you. Design it so the user experience is maximized. Do not use whole homepage for showcasing information about the company; it is not what users want. Information about services and products is what they want so make it available the minute they find your website.

Do not use Flash at all when constructing the mobile design for your condominium information site. Smartphones such as Apple do not support Flash. Potential customers may choose not to make purchases from you and leave your site if you add elements, such as Flash, that they cannot access. Adding Flash also damages the customer's user experience.

A great condominium information site would load rapid to ensure that the visitors don't move to another site. It would be better to avoid the use of a plug-in that most of your target audience is not likely to have installed on their system. Plug-ins are notorious for slowing down pages from loading.

Where you place your ads is also important. You can study advertising heat maps to determine this. You have to know how much ads is too much for the visitors and how much ads is too few and is not helping.

Before hiring a graphic designer for your logo, try to figure out what it is you're looking for. Start with a hand drawing and think about colors and main elements that you want it to show. Graphic designers are always being asked for the best logo that will show off the traits of their condominium information site. By giving them a rough sketch of what you want, they'll surely be able to make it come to life just like you want it.

If you want to get high traffic and keep it on your site, be sure that all you pages load within first 3 to 5 seconds. No one would want to wait more than a few seconds and stay on one page when they know information could be found elsewhere too.

Users want to be able to easily and quickly locate the information they want. A condominium information site that requires lots of searching or makes it difficult to find things can be annoying. Do not be one of these. Users will appreciate a feature like a search engine since it makes things easier for them. This can be extremely beneficial to websites that are packed with content.
